Returns & 60-Day Guarantee
Try it for 60 days. If it doesn't help, you get your money back.
The short version
- Refund within 60 days of delivery, even if the bottles are empty.
- No need to send anything back.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
1. Our guarantee
If you are not happy with Willow Remedies for any reason, email care@willowremedies.com within 60 days of your delivery date. We will refund the purchase price of your order in full, even if you have used every bottle.
2. How to request a refund
Email care@willowremedies.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout. You do not need to return the product. We confirm your refund by email, usually within 1 business day.
3. When you get your money
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it for free. This does not affect your 60-day guarantee.
5. Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible.
6. Limits
The guarantee covers one refund per customer and household, on orders bought from this website. Orders bought from other sellers are not covered.
