Shipping Policy
Free tracked shipping on every bundle of 3 or more.
The short version

- Orders ship within 1 business day.
- Most orders arrive in 6 to 10 business days in the US and 7 to 15 business days worldwide.
1. Where we ship
We ship to the United States (including APO/FPO addresses) and most countries worldwide.
2. Processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Delivery times
Most orders arrive in 6 to 10 business days in the US and 7 to 15 business days worldwide after shipping. Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency; orders outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.
4. Shipping cost
Bundles of 3 or more ship free. For a single item, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email care@willowremedies.com right away. We can change the address if the order has not shipped yet.
6. Lost or late packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us. We will work with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement at no cost.
7. Damaged or leaking items
Email a photo and your order number to care@willowremedies.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.
